CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESTORE SKIN THERAPY, LLC

Your business and support are very important to us and we strive to provide a specific reserved time for you and only you. We understand that sometimes life happens and adjustments are necessary, however we respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice. 

If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment in order to give us time to offer that availability to another client. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period your appointment is considered confirmed. 

Any cancellation made after the 48 hour window is subject to 100% charge of the service booked. Failure to show up for your appointment i.e.” NO SHOW" will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Please remember that your mobile number on file will receive a text confirmation via our scheduling software! PLEASE do not text back as we do not receive that notification. Your email on file will also receive an email confirmation and you may cancel your appointment from the confirmation email to avoid any charges as long as it is 48 hrs prior. Because of this policy a valid credit card is required at booking. Please be mindful that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment and to arrive on time. Because we schedule each and every client individually according to the requested service, arriving late directly affects our ability to perform your service with the respect and professionalism you are paying for, it also affects the client scheduled behind you who arrives on time! 

CHILDREN AT RESTORE SKIN THERAPY

Out of respect for our clients at Restore Skin Therapy, children under the age of 12 are not permitted at our wellness clinic. Children 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult and have a scheduled appointment. 

ILLNESS POLICY

Restore Skin Therapy recognizes that clients and even myself are vulnerable to infections. We kindly ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell.  If you have any of the following contagious illnesses your treatments will be rescheduled: Covid-19, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Cold Sores, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, Scabies, Sore Throat, Thrush, Whooping cough and the common cold.
